It was Tuesday, February 4, 2003 and the card on the bouquet of flowers read "Because it's Tuesday, and I love you. Jim"
Jim and I had been dating for 3 years. My daughter Jessica and I had watched the movie "Juwanna Man" the previous weekend, and I was telling Jim about the movie and the part where the girls are talking about finding a guy, romance and how nice it would be to have flowers sent to you for no special occasion but just because it's Tuesday.
Well......I got flowers that following Tuesday, and I got flowers every week until Tuesday, November 13, 2007.
Jim, thank you for your thoughtfulness, generosity and love. I am blessed and thankful to have you in my life.
